Listen, Listen!
#1. Lily Allen is back and in full force. Her new album "It's Not Me, It's You" was released in the U.S. on February 10th and all I can say is that I'm completely in love with here all over again! And I think Leanne likes it too! The first single "The Fear" is phenomenal, but still is not the best song on the album, which is great. Stand out tracks include, "Fuck You" (my personal favorite), and "Not Fair". Overall, it's a great effort from a great songwriter/singer. I'm excited to hear more from Lily Allen in the future. I just hope she stays sassy! I can't find a link to the album but here's the video for "The Fear" but hopefully, if you're interested, you will check out the album!

#2. Propagandhi - Supporting Caste. Enough said. The boys from Canada are back and they aren't joking. The new album doesn't properly hit stores until March 10 but if you're a fan, you want this now. Propagandhi mixes the finest elements of Less Talk, More Rock and Potemkin City Limits with dashes of Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes thrown in all the right places for the greatest punk-pop punk-metal-anarchist record ever made. I just can't get enough. Stand out tracks are "Human(e) Meat (The Flansing of Sandor Katz), "The Bangers Embrace" and "Dear Coaches Corner" but the whole record is awesome! You can check out "Dear Coaches Corner" below.

Guilty Pleasures (AKA: Songs You Hate to Love) Day!
So we know we've been terrible at keeping this up, but today should make up for any and all of our missed show introductions because today is...
Guilty Pleasures (aka: Songs You Hate To Love) Day!
That's right! We're letting you judge us with your mightiest sword today because we are playing pretty much what we enjoyed back in the day and still sometimes slip in to our daily music routine just for shits and giggles. What will we play you ask? Will there be the infamous 90s boy bands gig? Will we play the one hit wonders of our childhood? Will we play the terrifying 80s hair bands? Will we be playing the songs that defined us as angsty tweens? Maybe, maybe not. You'll have to tune in to find out!
Go to KCOU.FM at 8 tonight, Sunday, to listen to The New Pulse! streaming live.
We promise it'll be a good time.
